Shipping Policy
Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping services are currently available to Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, and most European countries. Shipping costs are calculated once an order has been placed and displayed at checkout. If your combined order exceeds HK$3,000, we can provide shipping estimates. To request an estimate, please contact us at info@kidult.com and provide the item name before placing your order. Please note that shipping estimates cannot be provided for pre-order items, as their size and weight have not yet been determined.
All items are dispatched from our headquarters in Hong Kong using Express International Shipping via UPS, which typically takes 5-12 working days for delivery. For customers in Hong Kong and Macau, we use the SF Express Pay on Delivery Service.
We regret that you cannot specify your carrier. Customers may be responsible for paying customs fees upon receiving international shipments. We regretfully have no authority over any fees or taxes imposed by your country's government. It is legally prohibited for us to declare lower values or label packages as "Gifts," and therefore, we are unable to fulfill any requests of this nature. All orders are labeled as "Merchandise" with the complete value of the contents stated on an invoice attached to the outside of the package. Unfortunately, we cannot include invoice documents inside the parcels or ship orders without an invoice.
Please consider this information before placing your order. Please be aware that certain countries may require customs officials to inspect parcels. Our store cannot be held accountable for any actions taken by customs officials, and we cannot offer compensation or replacements for any items lost, confiscated, or damaged during the inspection process.
In Stock Shipping
Once we receive your order confirmation email, all in-stock orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an additional notification once your order has been shipped.
Pre-order Shipping
As soon as we receive the shipment from the distributor, all pre-order items will be processed either individually or combined. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
For international pre-orders, the processing will take place once all items in the order are available, as the shipping cost is calculated based on the combined weight of the entire order. If you prefer to have the items shipped individually, please get in touch with us at info@kidult.com to make arrangements (additional shipping costs may apply) or place each item in a separate order.
